Having a career in law enforcement means that I need to be physically prepared to handle any situation I encounter. I considered myself to be in average shape, but I knew there was room for improvement. My goal was to lose weight and get in better shape, and Base 10 made my goal a reality.
In the beginning I struggled through the workouts, but kept on pushing through one day at time. With the help of the trainers my confidence and abilities grew as I completed workout after workout. It didn’t take long before I started seeing progress in my overall health and fitness.
To date, I’ve lost 25 pounds and have never felt better. I am addicted to the results, that’s what keep me coming back and pushing myself harder every week.
WHAT MUSIC DAY PUMPS YOU UP THE MOST IN THE GYM?
I like all kinds of music, so I appreciate the fact that something different is played everyday. If I had to pick a favorite it would be DMX radio. When DMX comes on it’s like he is in the gym yelling at me to work harder.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF WORKOUT?
Any workout that leaves me lying on the floor afterwards, gasping for air and completely exhausted. That’s when you know you had a GREAT workout!

Starburst Jellybeans, even the yellow ones are good!
