When I qualified to compete in the Miss South Carolina Pageant, I knew I needed to gain muscle and tone-up. I wanted to do a type of workout where I could see results relatively quickly, so I decided Base 10 would be my best bet! I’ve been challenged to meet my fitness goals (I got my first pullup!), and the community is so incredibly encouraging. With the help of Base 10, I was the 4th Runner-Up in the 2015 Miss South Carolina pageant!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF WORKOUT?
My favorite workouts are the short ones, because I feel like I can push myself harder when there’s a shorter time cap.
