Base 10 has created a really friendly environment and are in tune with everyone’s needs in the gym. Brandon and Megan are always engaged in each class and very quick to offer encouragement and coaching.
At Base 10, I’ve improved a ton of weaknesses–gymnastic skills (like pull-ups), and I’ve gotten stronger, while losing weight. I’m down over 40 lbs., and I’ve been eating just about anything I can get my hands on–I’m working on that.
WHAT MUSIC DAY PUMPS YOU UP THE MOST IN THE GYM?
I’m not the biggest music person, so a lot of times I don’t even notice what is playing.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF WORKOUT?
My favorite type of workouts are the lifting workouts and my absolute least favorite workouts involve burpees and thrusters.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE GUILTY PLEASURE?
Any kind of chocolate dessert is right in my wheelhouse!
